| Jack said: Cut juicy red tomatoes in slices and spread them over a large plate/dish. Cut each tomato slice in half. Cut onion and spread around the tomatoes. Pour olive oil over slowly covering all of the tomatoes. Sprinkle oregano over the tomatoes, then salt and black pepper. Good to eat with your dinner or lunch. |
